How about an English version, I don't speak German (I'm not even 100% certain that the language is German) so the product is useless to me!!!

It's in English for me, perhaps you set the wrong language at install time or your computer is not configured correctly.

Select Tools option Tab (this is the second one) than select Language the second one down than select English the second one
